Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GetAIPost ("the Service") at https://getaipost.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

GetAIPost is an AI-powered social media automation platform that enables users to:

• Connect Meta accounts (Facebook Pages, Instagram Business, Threads)
• Generate AI content using advanced AI models
• Schedule and automatically publish posts to connected social accounts
• View post history and performance from within the Dashboard

The Service is provided "as is" and subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or 16 where permitted by local law) to use GetAIPost. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have full legal authority to enter into these Terms.

4. Account and Access

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access at info@getaipost.com
• Keeping your connected Meta accounts in compliance with Meta's Terms of Service

You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.

5. Connecting Social Accounts

By connecting a Meta account (Facebook Page, Instagram, Threads) or TikTok account, you:

• Grant GetAIPost authorization to publish content on your behalf via platform APIs
• Confirm you are the authorized owner or administrator of the connected account
• Agree that you are solely responsible for all content published through our Service
• Acknowledge that our access is governed by each platform's Terms (Meta Platform Terms, TikTok Developer Terms) in addition to these Terms

You can revoke access at any time from your Dashboard or directly from Facebook Apps Settings or TikTok Settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Publish content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on intellectual property
• Spam, harass, impersonate, or deceive other users or third parties
• Violate Meta's Platform Terms, Community Standards, or Advertising Policies
• Use the Service for mass unsolicited messaging or engagement manipulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through GetAIPost. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and store your content solely to operate the Service.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by AI may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing.

GetAIPost IP: The Service, its design, code, and branding are owned by GetAIPost. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on our platform.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

GetAIPost uses third-party AI models to generate text and images. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material
• You are solely responsible for reviewing content before publishing
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content
• You must not publish AI-generated content that violates Meta's policies or applicable law

9. Privacy

Use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service depends on third-party APIs (Meta, TikTok, Google) which may experience outages beyond our control. We are not liable for business losses resulting from service unavailability.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETAIPOST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING 3 MONTHS, OR (B) USD $100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetAIPost and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or content you publish through the Service.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion by emailing info@getaipost.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or if required by law — with reasonable notice when possible.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country). Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.

For EU consumers: nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection law.
